Bad Checks from a few Casinos

I have Had two checks now from 2 different casinos that are not any good. I won 100$ Villento casino,and 150$ from Grand Mondial. "They Bounced". They say they are taking care of it. Its been 3-4 weeks now. Anyone else have this happen to them? They keep telling me the same thing.they are looking into it. I have sent a copy of the bounced check to them...What else could they be looking into?

lost 1200 in a month,then won 1000, requested 1000 withdrawel, they locked me out, would not reply to emails, called them they said fax copies of d.l. c. c, utility bill, did so, still lockeed out, called again they said documents to dark, had ups company fax perfectly clear documents, still locked out, no reply to my emails, called again, told again documents to dark, i said professional, company faxed the perfectly clear docs, ive have copies , but again had ups fax docs, for a third time,...

I love this place. Played lots of money here. I noticed that last night the games were at over 20000 today I went to play and there down to 19000. I asked about it and Fiona said its because of the bonus round. Didn't explain. I thought you could win the jackpot on bonus round maybe not here. I just played the bonus offerd here for the 200$. I won a scatter or Randome bonus for 3100$ and was told that I could not get any of it..Even If I play the play thru. They said that I'm not affiliated with the site I got the bonus from...What a bunch of crap! Every time I win at these casinos..there is always a catch...What do I do here??? this is getting old..I'm going back to land based casinos! Help me again! I have now been ripped off 2 times by the same casino. Everytime I have won there they tell me a story about why I can't cash out. This time it was that I used a casino bonus that he is saying is only for 3 reel slots.I layed a 20 line slot. I will close this account but I want my money. The casino is a RTG CASINO AND IN CALLED.(SPIN2WIN CASINO). No where on the bonus that was sent too me does it say only for 3 reel slots. Can you help me here..What do I do?
