I just played the bonus offerd here for the 200$. I won a scatter or Randome bonus for 3100$ and was told that I could not get any of it..Even If I play the play thru. They said that I'm not affiliated with the site I got the bonus from...What a bunch of crap! Every time I win at these casinos..there is always a catch...What do I do here??? this is getting old..I'm going back to land based casinos! Help me again! Hi Will. In The terms and conditions of the bonus is says max cashout is $200, and progressive wins aren't counted. The random jackpot amount is progressive, so I am sure you would not get that amount or more than $200 cash out with playthru. Now, as far as the coupon not being from here, or that you aren't associated to this site.....I don't understand that. Did you download the casino from here also? I need more info before I can help. Hey cagney12 , If this is true about not being able too get any more then 200$ ..So be it I guess! It just always seem to be some kind of catch at this casino. As far as downloading there casino from this site..No I did not. But I did ask them before I got the bonus to add you too my account. This would have been the First win I ever had at a online casino!!! Now,,,back to "0" I think I'm going to take up Bowling!

Will, the terms and conditions are clearly stated that max cashout from the coupon is $200 and would be paid by Citadel Check. As far as being my account , that doesn't matter, you could redeem the coupon code from any site, but I don't understand what they are saying there.... Did you redeem more than one coupon code by chance? If you did, the second one gets voided, thats also in the terms and conditions.
Let me know, as I have good contact with the casino and can surely ask about it for you if everything was right. Also, anytime you want to ask before playing , you know we're here to help :) |

cagney12. I am a member at another site besides this one. Maybe I did use a bonus from them in the past. I'll have to check on that. Another lesson learned..This one was a 3000$ one. That hurt...Were do you get all these terms for all the bonus's?? I never seem to get them..Do they hide them and hope you will screw up? So they don't have to pay you?

Hi Will, The terms and conditions are posted with the coupon code. If you ever need help understanding them, just ask here, we're happy to help. If you used 2 different codes the play from the 2nd one is not valid. If you didn't,let me know and I may be able to help with the max cashout!

will shark casino is a very reputable casino, i cashout from them all the time and cashout times are quick, there are terms and conditions and they must be followed to the T, no room to slide.....i once not long ago hit the jackpot on a free chip and i knew i couldnt hae it, i almost cried but hey i accepted the chip which means i accepted the terms that came with it
