How we determine this is as follows, we take the previous 4 weeks from the date of your withdrawal request, and add up the number of non-system generated bonus dollars you have been given. We then times that number by 30.
Next we add up your play over that time, if it does not meet the 30 times number we decline the withdrawal request.
You have received free bonus bucks over the past 4 weeks, the majority of which still have not qualified on your level of play.
You will need to continue to play to get those bucks qualified before we can proceed with any future cashout, or assuming you have enough funds we will deduct the unqualified portion from your cashout when next you submit
so as you can beleive i was alittle peeved so wrote to manager say i dont understand why this was happening i would understand if i was a new player wanting my $5 sign up bonus so after being run around and many E-mail still nothing so i closed my account and told them i was not happy with the rules that because it didn't matter how long you are a player for you will always be classed as a new player
