I've never played at Brandys, but have seen how they try to get people to vote for them. Never won big, like u did either, but boy if I did, and couldn't even get paid ...omg... don't have ANY IDEA of what I'd do, but can guarantee it wouldn't be very nice... good luck... hope u get SUMTHIN from them... nuthin worse than being ripped off... hugz, shaz |

sorry I'm just seeing this. Hope you've made some progress with getting your money. But if not... have you sent a pitch a bitch letter at Casinomeister's yet? I had a problem with a Virtual Casino long ago.. for a heck of a lot less money.. and had Brian send them an email for me to see if he could help. Have to say he did get some of it for me.. but not all. I don't know if he can help as I never did get all of the money I won... but at least I let the Casino know and anyone else I could what a rip off place it was. Maybe still is. Don't know.. as I wouldn't trust them to try them again.. even though.. they say they have changed. But.. if he could even get part of that much money for you I would think it would be worth it. Gl getting your money. If I can do anything to help..let me know. |

it didn't take long for Brian to answer me.. but that waa almost 3yrs ago.. and I think he goes to a lot of conventions now so hard to tell when he'll get back to you. I hope soon. But.. if nothing else.. maybe try another watch dog site. Not sure what the names are.. but think you could find another at Casinomeisters. Go to theie forum and post.. if you can. Maybe see if anyone else has had problems with them. I read the forum so I can see what Casino's are giving people crap so helps sometimes if you post. There are some other watch dog sites that come there so may help you. Such a shame people have to put up with this crap.. but guess there's always going to be some robbers out there. Gl hun getting your money. I sure understand how crazy it makes you. |

ty im starting to feel positive about getting my money i was sent the addy of the gaming commisioner that over sees brandys and i filed a complaint with them and both the commisioner and playtech people have already replied back that they are doing an investigation and would contact me with in 3 days of their findings!
you wont believe this but the forum i signed up through was charged over $2,000.00 for her part in my jackpot ! now just how crooked can a casino get???????/ |

I gotta agree with u, ilove about them charging the forum... missed that part before... makes me wonder if every forum owner is going to be charged every time a casino pulls some sort of chit like this?
Good thing that Cagney and Seaman only want the best of the best casinos on this board... better all the way around, for everyone, it seems. And please do, MEW, let us know how u come out on this... because it still sounds like you've gotten in touch with the right people to get you your money... and after all the trouble they put you through, the casino SHOULD have to compensate you a bit extra for your trouble... If enough people did this... maybe the "not so good" casinos would wise up a bit...?  |

Well.. I'm not familiar with the forums having to pay some of the winnings MeWanto. But then.. not too keen on any of the Casino's crap either.
Anway.. I know you have a lot of friends.. and plenty here too. So if you need someone to do something to help with the boycot.. I'm here for you too. Not sure I can help.. but am willing to try.
